In black cloth, corners lightly bumped and worn, couple of small marks, titles in red and black inks to white paper label. Spine, faded very slightly, titles in red and black to cream paper label, edges bumped slightly. Internally, no inscriptions, half title present, (x), [2], 386 pp, a series of 30 short and interesting stories from various writers including: Achmed Abdullah, Cecil Mann, Karel Capek, Aino Kallas, Knut Hamsun, John Galsworthy and many more. Rhys, Ernest Percival (1859-1946), writer and literary editor, was the editor of Everyman's Library.
