(217*137 mm). (Darlow & Moule/Herbert 6642). The British and Foreign Bible Society (BFBS) was formed in 1804. BFBS published the New Testament in 1810, and reprinted it in 1815 and in 1824. This included footnotes which were missing from the whole Bible. The whole Bible, without footnotes, was printed in 1819.
