Spine has gilt tooling, tile in gilt to red leather label which is a little chipped, edges a little worn. Internally, green endpapers, text block edges marbled blue, bookplate of Henry Granger Earnshaw to fpd, folding map (small repaired tear), titlepage with vignette, ink initial C at head, (ix), 1470, errata and additional errata tipped in, printed by G Nicholson, Stourport, 2 text columns per page, 1st edition was printed in 1808. Title continues: The Cambrian Travellers Guide in every direction containing remarks made during many excursions in the Principality of Wales, and bordering districts, augmented by extracts from the best writers.
