In green embossed cloth, with the title in gilt to spine. Spine edges bumped and a little worn, covers bumped slightly at the corners, a couple of small marks to covers. Internally, black endpapers, ink name to fep, with the map frontis, not dated but 1895, (xx), [1], 2-288 pp, 1 map, some light browning to the first and last couple of pages, the maps has 1 small repaired tear at folds. A nice copy, becoming difficult to find! (216*140 mm). With an account of their flowering plants, ferns and their allies, Mosses, marine algae, lichens and hepaticae. With a map of the two counties.
