Spine, has been relaid, retaining most of the old, no titles. Internally, hinges strengthened, colophon, half title, tissue guarded frontis, (xviii), [1], 2-232 pp, 95 illustrations (including the full page portrait frontis), [1] adverts, printed by R&R Clark, Edinburgh, many pages uncut (unread!), an edition limited to just 200 Edition de Luze copies of which 90 were for sale in the US and the remaining 110 for the UK, as this one was.
