In its red cloth covers with bevelled edges, gilt coat of arms, a little bumped and worn at edges and corners, a few marks. Relaid spine, retaining most of the old, titles in gilt. Internally, yellow endpapers, ink signature to verso of fep (JP St Aubyn, FRIBA Esq, Lambs Building, Temple, London, dated 1889 - listed as a subscriber), [4], 5-62 pp, [2], 23 leaves of plates, with the edition statement loose as usual, hinges strengthened, minimal browning to edges, printed by Farmer & Sons, Steam Printers, 295 Edgware Rd, London.
