New blue paper spine, title in ink to paper label. Internally, old book description tipped to fpd, [9], (x-xv), [1], [1], 2-342 pp, printed by J Drakard, small piece cut out of titlepage (old name?), text block edges uncut, some light spotting to eps. (224*142 mm). Title continues: From the earliest times to the present: shewing, First-How John Bull's stewards seized into their own hands his Manor of Albion, and became Masters both of him and of his Estate. Second-By what steps the Bull family have recovered, at least the nominal possession of their Manor and rights. With some strictures on the notorious commerce of Prostitution and Adultery, carried out between the Clerks and Scriveners of the Steward's Office and Mrs Bull's Domestics; by which tre above recovers is rendered in effect null and void.
