Spines, carefully relaid retaining the old, decorative gilt tooling and titles. Internally, marbled endpapers, text block edges reddened, hinges strengthened, Western Hindoostan, frontis present, [2], [1], (ii-v), [11], [1], 2-263 pp, [1], [9] index, [1], 1 map (folding), 8 plates, 1 vignette. Eastern Hindoostan, frontis present, [10], [1], 2-374 pp, [13] index, 13 plates, 1 vignette. Occasional light foxing and offsetting, map lightly spotted, small repaired margin tear.
