In a lime green portfolio, 36.5*27 cms, black ink titles to upper cover, [4], (iv) leaves, 12 leaves of coloured plates each accompanied by a leaf of descriptive text, being a facsimile of the original edition of 1919, an edition limited to 1000, the plate leaves are tall folio, 36*25.5, with the image being 25*17 cm, with a publishers note stating that "The materials used for the production of this facsimile are the modern day equivalents of those used in the original edition".
