Internally, half title, [7], (viii-lxxvii), [3], [1], 2-300 pp, 29 pls, 1 printers device, 1 illustration within text, t.e.g, remainder uncut, with a 1 page note tipped to fpd, some learned marginal notes, occasional spot. Main text in Welsh with the introduction and notes in English. (Folio, 217*137 mm). Includes an interesting list of subscribers. Title continues: transcribed from unpublished mss. at Llancover, the British Museum, Cardiff and Llanharan, with an introd. to the religious and social life of the time as reflected in the songs, together with explanatory notes on the text and biographical sletches of the authors
