Internally, coloured frontis, [4], followed by 39 pls (coloured & with guards), each with a leaf of descriptive text, not paginated, plates dated 1816-1821, gilt board edges and turn-ins, marbled endpapers, a.e.g. Each plate displays bright crisp colour with no foxing. A beautiful book with only minor rubbing to edges, armorial bookplate to fpd (Frederick Cass). The 1st edition had only 20 plates whilst this, the 2nd has 39, and has a new title and plates.
