Later pink wrappers with facsimile label on front wrapper, armourial bookplate on inside front wrapper (Harry Twyford Peters), chemised in a quarter red morocco slipcase. A Fine Example (253*358 mm). (Abbey Life 289. Prideaux p347). Egerton was a social caricaturist who worked in London in the 1820's in the manner of George Cruikshank (see Houfe p294). These amusing plates depict the misadventures of a free loader.
