No label to spine. Internally, modern endpapers, original blue printers soft paper wrappers with red publishers label at centre, 4 wonderful plates each with a title at the base and the publication details below (London, Published February 1st. 1813 by James Dunford. Great Newport Street). The plates are: Near Beddgelert, at the base of Snowdon. Near Montgomery, North Wales. Between Llanydloes & Machynleth. Mallwyd, Merionethshire. All in near fine condition, no visible watermarks. (466*280 mm). Accompanied by 2 letters from the National Library of Wales (1984 & 1985), discussing the rarity of this bound set of 4, and noting that the NLW has the 4 loose which they purchased in 1918. They have no information on the artist or engraver, or the publishing history of these prints.
