A set of five, fine etchings and poems, folio, (18)ff, one of an edition of twelve copies, signed by Shirley Jones. Jones' poems are on daily life, the family, and her native Wales. The etchings, some in color and some employing aquatint and mezzotint techniques, are seen through cutout -windows- in the preceding leaves. A fine copy in a designer binding by the English binder Bruce Plumley, of full black morocco, with the title, blind-stamped, increasing in size and culminating in two trapezoidal glass windows with silver-plated frames. Through the windows of blue glass can be seen the white suede end leaf. A tour de force by Plumley, who served for many years as the binder at Williamsburg, Virginia. Housed in a black cloth drop back box lined with blue velvet. (385*333). This is her second book.
