An edition limited to 150 copies of which 15 are specially bound by Julian Thomas and the remaining 135 are bound by John Sewell (as this copy is) in the -ordinary- binding, in quarter dark blue morocco with complementary cloth sides, and a printed paper panel inset into the upper cover. The title blocked in dark foil on the spine, with simple ornamentation in real gold and presented in its own VG slipcase. The edition has been printed on a special making of T. H. Saunders 100% cotton mould-made paper, and the engravings printed from the original blocks. The title-page design incorporates a wood-engraving of a feather, which has been blocked by Alan Wood in real gold. There are a total of 61 specially commissioned wood engravings: 31 full page (6" * 8"), 28 headpieces (2" * 2"), and two for the title page. These were printed from the original blocks: the title page feather engraving overlaid with gold leaf. 172 pp, 275 * 360 mm. Housed in the publishers cloth slipcase.
