Internally, limitation leaf, half title, title, [9], 406 pp, [1] printers marque, 19 B&W full page illustrations, t.e.g., remainder uncut. There were also 450 ordinary copies on mould-made paper). Accompanied by a black portfolio, containing 14 additional full page illustrations, all pencil signed & mounted within cream paper leaves. Book & Portfolio each with a book label to fpd (Stoughton R. Vogel, M.D.), all housed together in the original large black cloth double slipcase, a trifle worn.
