Internally, half title, title in red & black inks, [4], (v-xiii), [1], 15-30, [1], a.e.g., faintest of edge browning, printed by Billings of Guildford, with an introduction by English hymn writer and clergyman, William H. Draper. A lecture by Lewis Carroll delivered a public audience of clergy in Derbyshire in Oct. 1884. After the speech, Dodgson gave the script to Draper, who went on to have the work published several years later.
