In the publishers white pigskin, very clean with only a few spots, blocked in gilt on upper cover with a circular design which incorporates hand tooling, gilt ties to imitation spine bands, gilt spine titling. Internally, [8], 141 pp, [1], [1] limitation, 24 woodcuts by Edward Burne-Jones, top edge gilt, others uncut, the designs were prepared for engraving by Dorothy Hawksley, 5 of which were cut on wood by Loyd Haberly and the remaining 19 by R John Beedham, initial letters printed in green, text in red and black, an edition limited to just 285 copies bound as this, there were also 15 specials. With its issued slip case, silk pull & lined & titled box. The illustrations chosen by Loyd Haberly were culled from a set of about 70 drawings, prepared by Burne_Jones for William Morris's narrative Poem, Cupid and Psyce (Harrop).
