Internally, [3], 6-102 pp, [1], letter from Wm Ward of Richmond to R Brocklebank offering him a copy of the book tipped to fpd, title page with titles in black ink with a red device, occasional pencil marginal note, printed at the Merrymount Press, Boston in October 1910, in an edition limited to just 250 copies.
